The famous Vet Show Passport Competition is back at BVA Live! You could be in with the chance to win a two week adventure trip for you and a friend through WVS in Goa India.

You will be volunteering at our International Training Centre in Goa, working alongside our dedicated team helping to care for sick and injured animals, and support ongoing neutering and vaccination work. You will be supporting courses teaching participants about the importance of surgical dog population control in Goa and practical skills in performing spay/neuter surgeries.

Goa is the smallest state on the Western coast of India but is a popular location to visit due to its beaches, tropical climate, and rich heritage. You will get a chance to explore the surrounding area and enjoy some amazing experiences as part of your trip.

How to get involved:

STEP 1

Delegate Bags

Pick up a Delegate Bag from the Registration Area as soon as you step into the main hall - it holds your BVA Live Passport, essential for embarking on your journey! Don't forget to complete all the fields on the competition page.

STEP 2

Stand

Make sure to stop by the stands of all the exhibitors listed on the back page and collect a stamp from each one on your passport.

Fun fact: Did you know exhibition time counts towards your CPD hours?

STEP 3

Floorplan

Tear out the competition page, locate the WVS stand (refer to the floorplan if needed), and drop off your entry in the ballot box.

Keep in mind, once it's submitted, you can't retrieve it, so ensure your details are complete and you've gathered all the stamps!

STEP 4

Passport

Make your way to the theatre on the second day (refer to your showguide for the specific theatre) where a fortunate winner will be chosen randomly and revealed to embark on a two-week journey to Goa!

WVS will work with you to find a suitable date, based upon travel restrictions and availability. Any trip will be subject to local, national, and international restrictions and regulations. WVS reserves the right to change dates or destinations to ensure the trip is safe. WVS cover the costs of economy class return flights (to and from the charity placement only), necessary in country transfers, accommodation, and some of the organised activities. Any additional activities, meal expenses, visas and vaccinations are to be covered by the winners. The trip needs to be booked within 3 months and taken within 12 months.
