Travelling to the NEC Birmingham is easy, whether you're coming by car or train!

🚗 By Car & Parking

The NEC is well signposted from major motorways and routes, including the M42, M40, and M6. Simply enter B40 1NT into your Sat Nav for the quickest route. Upon arrival, follow the digital screens displaying the show name for directions to the correct car park. Then, hop onto one of the free shuttle buses to reach the venue.

♿ Blue Badge Holders
If you have a Blue Badge, follow the blue signage and ensure your badge is visible to traffic staff for dedicated parking access.

🚆 By Train

The NEC is directly connected to Birmingham International Station, just a short walk away. Simply follow the signs inside the station to reach the NEC halls in minutes—no need for a taxi or shuttle!

Register your team for exhibitor badges via the exhibitor zone and the Build & Breakdown Pass link within the Technical Manual in the exhibitor zone. You should receive your login details in an email from BVA Live shortly after your stand is confirmed. 

Build: All exhibitors and contractors must have a Build & Breakdown Pass to access the hall. This pass will be exchanged for a wristband onsite and will also be valid for breakdown. 

Open: Every staff member working on the stand during the open period of the event must wear an Exhibitor Badge. Build & Breakdown Passes are not permitted access during event open times. These badges can be collected from 14:00 hrs on the last day of build from Registration.

Breakdown: All exhibitors and contractors must have a Build & Breakdown Pass to access the hall. This pass will be exchanged for a wristband onsite and will also be valid for build.

You can arrange for items to be delivered to and collected from your stand during the build and breakdown times listed in the event timetable. Please note that neither the Organiser nor the Venue can accept responsibility for any items, so a representative from your company must be available to sign for them. If you are unable to receive a delivery, please contact GES Logistics (contact details are within the Technical Manual in your eZone) who will be able to quote for signing, storing, and delivering your items to your stand when you arrive.

To streamline access and reduce waiting times for unloading at ExCeL, we are introducing the Voyage Control pre-show vehicle booking system. All vehicles requiring access to the venue’s loading bay areas must be pre-booked.

The system will be live three weeks before the show at excellondon.voyagecontrol.com. Share this link with anyone bringing a vehicle to the loading bays, including contractors. Bookings can be made at any time before arrival. Vehicles not booked will be denied access by the on-site traffic team.

Once booked, details can be amended if needed, and the system will remain active until the event ends. If a driver is delayed, they should inform the administrator to adjust the slot time.

Circdata is our official registration partner, and as part of your stand package, you have access to the Fusion Exhibit lead capture app, usable on three devices. This lead capture solution operates on your own mobile devices; it is not a physical barcode scanner. You can order additional app licenses for your team members, with each license costing £100 + VAT. These can be ordered through your Ezone portal. You need to have an exhibitor badge to set up your device. For more informaton, visit the E-Zone and follow the instructions. Use the event ref BVA2025.
