LIMITED EDUCATIONAL BURSARY GRANTS AVAILABLE.

BVA and CloserStill Media are sponsoring 2,000 educational bursaries for the 2027 event.

If you’re a UK veterinary professional who previously attended BVA Live, the London Vet Show, a member of BVA, or are currently seeking financial aid, you could be eligible to waive the full cost of attending BVA Live.

Eligible veterinary professionals will be contacted via email or phone. If you haven't been contacted but think you are eligible call us at +44 (0) 2476 719 687 to request an educational bursary for BVA Live 2027.

Full conference passes can be purchased for £299+VAT* by filling out the registration form. *BVA Members will receive a 50% discount.

What ticket is right for me?

Educational Bursary Pass

Perfect for UK veterinary professional's who have previously attended BVA Live, the London Vet Show, are a member of BVA, or are currently seeking financial aid.

General Ticket

If you are not eligible for an educational bursary pass, full conference passes can be purchased for £299+VAT.

Commercial/Supplier Pass

If you work for a supplier, manufacturer, consultancy, recruitment agency, technology provider, training company, or any other commercial organisation serving the veterinary industry, you are required to register as a Commercial Delegate.

Commercial delegates must purchase a Commercial Delegate Pass at the full applicable rate of £669+VAT.

Cancellation Policy

Educational bursary passes can be cancelled before the 1 February 2027, if you do not cancel your pass and don’t attend BVA Live, you will be liable to pay a £99+VAT non-attendance fee.

Passes cannot be transferred to BVA Live 2028, but in some instances may be transferred to a colleague.

Paid-for passes can be refunded up until the 1st February 2027. A service charge of 25% will occur. After this date, no refunds for registrations will be available.

Continuing Professional Development

BVA Live will be accredited for up to 17 hours of CPD for vets and vet nurses.

The 2027 Conference Programme features more than 180+ renowned speakers, delivering hours of accredited education. The programme covers clinical updates (small and large animal), nursing, diagnostics and referrals, hot topic debates and discussions, business and technology.

Attendees will receive a CPD certificate post-show.

What does your ticket include?

Your conference pass includes access to the exhibition floor, all lecture theatres and online proceedings on both days. Please note lunch is not included.

Tickets for the exhibition floor only are available for all veterinary professionals and can be purchased by calling +44 (0) 2476 719 687.

If you are not a veterinary professional you have to purchase a commercial ticket and will be able to access the exhibition floor and all lectures on both days.
