Tash joined the RCVS Team in 2018 as a part-time receptionist, before swiftly transitioning to the Registration team. In this role, she significantly enhanced the registration process for all UK-qualified veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses. By digitising processes and reducing application times by half, as well as collaborating with universities to expedite degree awards, she has facilitated quicker entry into practice for graduates. Now a member of the Advancement of the Professions team, Tash is currently concentrating on the RCVS Workforce Action Plan, aiming to work collaboratively with the professions to achieve measurable, meaningful, and positive change.
