Dr Stephen Shaw is a Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (UK) recognised specialist in veterinary dermatology. Stephen qualified in 1987 in the UK and following 15 years working at the Animal Health Trust moved into private referral practice. He is based in the Midlands and performs clinical work and is involved in student and postgraduate teaching. His principle research interest is canine atopic dermatitis and he is a passionate advocate of the importance of dermatology in veterinary science. Stephen holds honorary positions at the University of Nottingham and the University of Liverpool.
