Sophie qualified in 2009 and built a strong foundation in companion animal practice, spending a decade at the PDSA and earning her CertAVP in general small animal practice. In 2021, she transitioned into the pet food space, working on content creation and social media management at Omni. She has also taken on the role of Clinical Team Lead, overseeing telemedicine services and customer engagement.
