Previously one of 3 owners of Village Vet, a group of 30 primary care veterinary practices across London and Cambridge. Post PE sale became Head Clinical Director of Village Vet as part of the Linnaeus Group, developing, coaching, and mentoring clinical teams and assisting to run effective and efficient veterinary practices. After PE sale to Mars I took a central role in Linnaeus as Primary Care Medical Director accountable for the veterinary leadership arm of the medical strategy and continued to be a clinical vet 1 day a week. I have a wide range of both operational and clinical knowledge of the veterinary industry. I built solid relationships with the clinical directors and was the voice of the vet to the greater business. Now Chief Veterinary Officer for an exciting new business - Creature Comforts - a VC backed startup to shake up the veterinary industry.
