Sam has spent over 10 years working in referral hospitals. In her last role at North Downs Specialist Referrals, she was clinical services manager. In this role Sam oversaw the induction of all new joiners and undertook quality improvement projects. She also delivered CPR training and has a passion for teaching and training.
Currently she works for Linnaeus as a Medical Quality Manager, sitting on the MARS patient safety council and as a PSS Assessor for the RCVS. Alongside this she runs the platform The VetMed CPR coach and provides in-house practical CPR training for the whole and hosts retreats. The retreats offer attendees to become certified RECOVER rescuers. She is a qualified teacher, holds her advanced diploma and is trained to RECOVER instructor level.
