Rob qualified as a vet from UCD in 2001 and worked as a small animal vet in the UK until July 2018. In 2018 he left clinical practice, joined the People Team at VetPartners and is currently responsible for a wide portfolio of Human Resources activity in the UK. Rob’s areas of interest are employee engagement, talent development, clinical & business leadership, and organisational culture. He is a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute; he is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
