Rhian has had a diverse career within Medivet- starting as a Regional Director before becoming a Operational Lead for the South Division. She then spent a year working on the Early Careers offering within the company- an area which she remains enormously passionate about and closely involved with. Rhian is now the Clinical Governance Director, ensuring the company is both advancing and compliant within the clinical space. Rhian leads Medivets work with the University of Central Lancashire- helping to ensure that anyone, regardless of their background and life experience, can consider and access a role in the veterinary profession. Rhian is still very much a practicing clinician in her home town of Barry Island, and she also sits on the RCVS Charter Case Commitee. When not working, Rhian enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband, dancing, baking, anything Disney related and looking after her house full of animals - her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Birman and Russian Blue Cross.
