Rachel graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2005. She completed an equine internship at Liphook Equine Hospital and worked in mixed and equine practice before returning to the Royal Veterinary College in 2013 to undertake a residency in equine surgery, becoming a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Surgery in 2017. Rachel works at Liphook Equine Hospital seeing a wide variety of surgical, orthopaedic and poor performance cases. Rachel has a particular interest in diagnosis and surgery of conditions of the neck, working as part of a multidisciplinary specialist team. She attempts to combine clinical work with clinical research, when time allows!
