Mayank qualified from the RVC in 2004 and, after 2 years in practice he completed an internship and a fellowship in haematology and transfusion medicine. He then undertook a residency in small animal internal medicine at the University of Pennsylvania since when he has worked as a specialist in small animal medicine. Mayank is currently working as a freelance medicine specialist while he is developing an independent referral clinic, to open in 2025. His particular interests are haematology, transfusion medicine and endocrinology.
