Malcolm Morley is an equine veterinary surgeon with more than 30 years in frontline practice, working with a wide range of horses, owners, and professional stakeholders. A past President of the British Veterinary Association, he now leads World Horse Welfare’s UK operations. This includes oversight of rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming activity, a national team of Field Officers, and four rescue and rehabilitation centres. His work is grounded in practical equine welfare, ethical decision-making, and first-hand experience of the complex welfare challenges facing the UK’s equine sector.
