Lauren graduated from the Royal Veterinary College with a FdSc in Veterinary Nursing in 2018, and subsequently joined Southfields Veterinary Specialists as a multi-disciplinary nurse. In 2019, she became the dedicated cardiology nurse. She has worked with European and RCVS specialists in Veterinary Cardiology, nursing patients with a variety of cardiac conditions as well as theatre nursing for interventional cardiology procedures. During this time, she has also published an article on feline pericarditis. Her main interests include feline cardiomyopathies, congenital heart disease and interventional cardiology.
