Laura qualified as an RVN in 2010. After spending the first half of her career working in general practice and out-of-hours clinics, she became an Internal Medicine and Feline Medicine Nurse at a multidisciplinary referral centre in 2015. She gained her DipAVN in 2014, her ISFM Diploma in Feline Nursing in 2018 and became a Veterinary Technician Specialist in Small Animal Medicine in 2019. Laura currently works as the Senior Medicine Nurse at The Ralph Referral Centre and runs Veterinary Internal Medicine Nursing, an educational resource for veterinary nurses wanting to do more with medical patients. She enjoys all aspects of medical nursing, especially endocrinology.
