Kay graduated from Bristol and spent many years working in practice, where she developed a strong interest in how to build a great team. She has been Director of Eight Legal Ltd for eleven years, providing down to earth employment law and HR support to vet practices, and completed her MSc in Business & Organisational Psychology in 2019. She is a qualified workplace mediator and is a passionate advocate for its ability to resolve conflicts and help people rebuild positive working relationships.
