Karmen graduated from Cambridge Vet School in 2010 and since then has worked in mixed and then small animal practice. In 2022 she opened King Street Vets in Twickenham in the pursuit of creating a positive and motivated workplace for a team of people passionate about GP vet care. She has a deep interest in leadership skills, team dynamics and a passion for promoting mental health and diversity awareness within the profession. As well as enjoying the challenges of looking after a small team of 10 veterinary staff, she is the proud to also take care for a supremely fluffy geriatric cat, an extremely patient husband, a very serious 8 year old and a much less serious 6 year old.
