As the Surgical Lead RVN at Wildbore Vetstop, Joseph oversees clinical quality and professional development concerning anaesthesia, surgical nursing, diagnostic imaging and dentistry. He holds a Nursing Certificate in Dentistry and is currently working towards a Postgraduate Certificate in Veterinary Education, Coaching and Leadership. Joseph is strongly motivated towards the recognition, utilisation and empowerment of veterinary nurses. He successfully introduced a nurse-led procedure service in his practice which encourages RVNs to utilise their skills in dentistry, diagnostic imaging and surgical procedures. In recognition of this achievement, his colleagues successfully nominated him for the London Vet Show's Thirty Under 30 Class of 2023.
