Jennie Jones, Partner at Nockolds Solicitors has led the VCMS team since 2016. From a background in professional and clinical negligence, Jennie has developed Nockolds Resolution which delivers complaint mediation and resolution services across regulated sectors including human healthcare. Nockolds Resolution works with regulators, professional bodies and practice teams to deliver effective resolution and most importantly insight sharing to improve and strength the relationship between consumers and professionals focusing on communication, evolving needs and expectations and building confidence to reduce complaints and increase local resolution. In recent years, Jennie and the team have been consulted by the CMA and shared insight as part of the wider remedies engagement. The VCMS is funded by the RCVS.
