Hannah Shotnes
Veterinary Surgeon
Hannah graduated from the University of Bristol in 2019 and has worked as a small animal veterinary surgeon at busy first opinion and referral hospitals in South East England. She has a passion for internal medicine and antimicrobial stewardship. During an internal medicine internship at The Ralph Veterinary Referral Centre, Hannah undertook a research project investigating early-life antimicrobial use in canine chronic enteropathy cases. She started a PhD exploring interventions to promote responsible prescribing of protected antimicrobials in small animal and equine practice at the University of Liverpool in 2025.
