Gemma Thwaites of Garth Pig Practice. Graduated from Liverpool after 5 years in mixed practice moved to a specialist pig practice with 11 vets. Working with indoor and outdoor production systems across the whole country. Previous Pig Veterinary Society President, Chair of Welfare and Red Tractor Board Veterinary Representative. I have been heavily involved in the development in the Pig Health and Welfare Pathway and am currently the BVA representative for PVS.
