Emily works as an RVN at Davies Veterinary Specialists as a Diagnostics Nurse. Her daily duties are centred around anaesthesia and supporting patients through diagnostics procedures. Her primary interests are pain management; particularly within feline nursing, patient advocacy and sharing knowledge with others. Emily is the lead regenerative medicine nurse, championing the use of stem cells for canine osteoarthritis and is currently undertaking the Advanced Nursing Certificate in Anaesthesia and Analgesia. Emily has written for the VN Times, spoken at BVNA Congress, for the Norwegian Veterinary Association and various other professional speaking events.
