Dr. Dave Nicol is a veterinarian with over 25 years of experience, specializing in building sustainable veterinary practices and helping other owners do the same thing! He has owned no fewer than four independent clinics and twice been CVO at larger independent group practices. He is the author of the best-selling “So You’re A Vet…Now What?” and hosts the popular podcasts “Blunt Dissection” and “The Veterinary Leadership Success Show.” Dr. Nicol has been voted VMX’s Practice Management Speaker of the Year in both 2019 and 2024. Outside of veterinary work, Dr. Nicol is a competitive triathlete, representing Great Britain in the 2024, 2025 and 2026 Triathlon European Championships.
