Camilla has worked at Covetrus for over 10 years, starting her career in customer support, then transitioning to the Implementation team where she gained expertise in training and delivering our on-premise solution, RxWorks. In 2021 she progressed to Product Owner, taking full ownership of Ascend, our dynamic, intuitive and collaborative cloud-based solution. Her responsibilities include delving into functionality requirements and then scoping the best solutions, interacting with both internal and external stakeholders to learn and understand our customers and market requirements, and striving to help deliver the product roadmap at every stage. Although still involved in on-premise solutions, her core driver for Ascend is seeing how customers can reap the benefits of mobility to improve practice processes. Having gained a significant volume of industry knowledge over the years, Camilla is passionate about listening to our valued customers to gain insight that continually grow Ascend and strives for making practices work in a streamlined and efficient way. Her ultimate goal is to enhance our customers experience to improve their client experience. Camillia lives in Hampshire with her partner and son along with her 2 dogs, 2 cats, 4 fish and is an avid reptile enthusiast, once owning 14 snakes! She has a passion for all things LandRover from mechanics to complete new paint jobs!
