He is inspired by veterinary people and worried by the challenges many faces, whether it be a career, personal or business issues. Through coaching and career development activities delivered via Vets Stay Go Diversify, he helps support personal development, career diversity and improve the mental health and wellbeing of veterinary professionals, regardless of their role in the profession. He also runs a successful business consultancy in the pet nutrition and veterinary business.
