LocumBell will look to fully transition to the Worksys organisational brand in 2023, with a new website and company restructure. Through their technological advancements, they now service 1000+ healthcare businesses internationally; across pharmacy, optical, veterinary, audiology, dental and private medical markets. LocumBell chose to move forward from locum only products, to solve operational inefficiencies with healthcare led, end-to-end software solutions. This transition was determined by a growing need for employers to retain existing staff, whilst also attracting new talent. The temporary workforce market experienced a strong paradigm shift due to the pandemic's impact. Change was now essential, to enhance interaction and connectivity between employers and their diverse workforce demographic.

Legacy systems and archaic technology were no longer fit for purpose; creating understaffed and ill-equipped workforces. Worksys alleviates these issues with smart software that adapt to the ever changing healthcare landscape. LocumBell spent considerable time in analysing which technology healthcare businesses would benefit from. In turn, they focused on building plug and play systems; those that can be used immediately, with quick adoption and simple navigation.
