This interactive session introduces the Vetlife resource on Burnout, Moral Injury and Compassion Fatigue. Focussing on moral injury we’ll talk about what it is, and what it isn't, including common misconceptions. We’ll consider the difference between moral injury and moral distress and how this relates to finding meaning in veterinary work. This session will take a practical approach and offer clear, actionable takeaways for attendees.
